Sontairo Voice adds speech to your workspace in two places:
  • Voice mode in chat — talk to Sontairo hands-free in the browser
  • A dedicated phone number — an AI receptionist that answers calls and text messages (Phone number)
Voice is included with Ultra and Enterprise plans and available as a paid add-on on other plans. See Plans & Pricing. Without a Voice-enabled plan, the voice controls are visible but disabled.

Voice mode in chat

Click the waveform button (Start voice mode) in the chat composer to start a hands-free, real-time conversation — Sontairo listens, responds with natural speech, and you can interrupt it mid-sentence.
  • A status panel shows what’s happening: connecting, listening, processing, or speaking
  • Use the interrupt control to cut a response short, or Stop to end voice mode
  • Voice conversations are saved to your chat history like any other conversation
The microphone button next to the waveform is different — it dictates speech into the text box rather than starting a live conversation.
