Concierge is a paid monthly add-on ($12.99/month), included at no extra cost on Ultra and Enterprise plans. See Plans & Pricing.
Two ways to run it
On your existing website
Add one script tag. The concierge appears as a bar at the bottom of every page (or only the pages you choose) and answers in your voice.
As your website
No site yet? Every concierge has a hosted page at
sontairo.com/c/<key>. Share that link — visitors ask, the concierge answers, and your call to action is one tap away.Setup
1
Create an agent
Open Concierge in the product switcher and click New agent. Give it a name and the URL of your website.
2
Import your site
On the Knowledge tab, click Import site. Concierge reads your sitemap (or follows links from your homepage), keeps the readable text from up to 30 pages, and answers only from that content.
3
Set the rules
On Behavior, write a greeting, the tone you want, anything the agent must or must not say, extra facts (opening hours, delivery areas), and a call to action with its link.
4
Add the script
Copy the snippet from Overview into your site’s Choose which pages show it with Page paths under Behavior.
<head>:Key security
The key in the snippet is visible to anyone who views your page source, so Concierge does not treat it as a secret. Instead, every request from a browser is bound to your website:- By default the key only works on the website URL you gave the agent (and its
www/apex twin) plus the hosted page. A copied snippet on any other domain is refused and renders nothing. - Add more domains under Behavior → Allowed websites (one per line,
*.example.comfor subdomains). A literal*opens it to any site — only do that on purpose. - Every agent has a rolling 24-hour message cap and a per-visitor rate limit, so a leaked key cannot drain your AI allowance.
- Regenerate key on the Overview tab issues a new key instantly; every copy of the old snippet stops working.
What it does for you
- Answers grounded in your content. The agent never invents prices, policies, or availability. When your site does not answer a question, it says so — and logs it as a content gap.
- Leads into BizOps. When a visitor shares an email in the chat, a contact is created (or updated) in BizOps with the conversation logged as an activity.
- Insights. The Insights tab shows the questions visitors ask most, the ones your site fails to answer, and a short briefing with concrete fixes to your copy.
- AI search visibility. Every concierge publishes an
llms.txtwith your answers, so ChatGPT-style assistants can quote your business accurately.
