Billing is managed entirely inside Sontairo. Open Billing from the dashboard sidebar and click Manage billing — there’s no external billing portal to log into.
Update your payment method
The Payment method section shows the card on file (brand, last four digits, and expiry).
- Click Update card
- Enter the new card details in the embedded form
- Click Save payment method
If a renewal payment fails, the billing dialog shows a retry banner. Retry the charge, or update your card here first if it needs replacing.
Invoices
The Invoices section lists every invoice with its date, number, status, and amount. Click the download icon on any invoice to get the PDF.
Cancel or resume your subscription
The Subscription section shows whether your plan renews automatically or is set to cancel.
- Cancel — click Cancel plan, then Confirm cancellation. Your plan cancels at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until the end of the paid period, and nothing renews after that.
- Resume — changed your mind before the period ends? Click Resume subscription and your plan renews as normal.
Checkout is in-app too
Upgrading a plan or adding a product add-on uses an embedded checkout inside the billing dialog — you pick a plan or add-on, pay in place, and your workspace updates immediately. See Plans & Pricing.
