Sontairo Finance brings your cash position and payment operations into one workspace. Connect financial accounts to monitor balances and transactions, then take payments through payment links or checkout on your hosted site. Finance is free to use. There’s no add-on to buy and no monthly fee; Sontairo collects a 2% platform fee on each payment. You are the merchant of record: you keep full control of your earnings and payouts, and Sontairo never holds your money.

Connect financial accounts

You can connect US checking, savings, credit card, and line-of-credit accounts from Banking & payouts. Sontairo requests access only to balances and transactions, stores no bank credentials or full account numbers, and lets an administrator refresh or disconnect an account at any time. The Overview shows cash on hand, money in, money out, a six-week cash-flow chart, connected accounts, and recent money movement. Depending on the institution, the transaction feed can include up to 180 days of history.

Start collecting payments

Everything happens on the Finance page—there are no external redirects:
  1. Open Get paid and choose Individual or Business
  2. Complete the embedded onboarding form
  3. When setup finishes, the account shows Payments active and you can create a payment link or add checkout to a hosted site
Payments are processed on an account that belongs to your workspace, so standard card processing applies on top of the 2% platform fee.
Connecting accounts, creating the payment account, and creating payment links requires the ADMIN role. Any workspace member can view Finance.

The Finance workspace

Finance is organized into four sections:
  • Overview — cash position, 30-day inflow and outflow, cash flow, and recent activity
  • Transactions — searchable bank transactions and account-aware money movement
  • Get paid — payment setup, payment links, payment history, refunds, and disputes
  • Banking & payouts — connected accounts, refresh and disconnect controls, payment balances, payouts, and account details
