Sontairo offers Basic, Plus, Pro, Ultra, and an Enterprise option. Every self-serve plan includes the core workspace tools: AI chat, Tables, Dashboards, Forms, Automations, connected apps, and Finance. Plans differ by seats, AI allowance, available response speeds, business addresses, and branding. Contact [email protected] to discuss Enterprise requirements. Each workspace has its own subscription and bill. Basic includes one seat; Plus, Pro, and Ultra are priced per seat in that workspace. Annual billing is available, and checkout shows the exact total. Switching workspaces does not share subscriptions, usage, connected apps, or data. Your usage display shows the active workspace’s current allowance.

Products

Organize business records in Tables, build Dashboards, collect responses with Forms, schedule recurring work with Automations, and use AI chat with your connected apps. Connected apps may require their own subscriptions. Customers with a legacy add-on subscription keep its existing billing terms. Sontairo Finance payments carry a 2% platform fee per payment.

AI response speeds

Plus uses Standard. Pro offers Standard and Fast, and Ultra adds Ultrafast on supported included models. When your plan and selected model offer multiple speeds, choose one in the chat model menu. Fast and Ultrafast use your AI allowance faster. Availability depends on the selected model and current capacity; requests may fall back to a slower speed. BYOK uses your connected provider’s settings.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

All plans support BYOK: add a key for a supported AI provider in Customize → Providers. Your provider bills usage of your key separately.

Upgrading

  1. Select the workspace you want to upgrade, then open Billing from the account menu
  2. Choose a plan and billing period (monthly or annual)
  3. Complete the embedded checkout — payment happens right in the dialog, without leaving the app
  4. Your workspace upgrades immediately after a successful payment

Annual billing

Annual billing is available for paid plans at checkout and saves the equivalent of two months compared to twelve monthly payments.
