Support inbox (add-on)
When the support product is enabled for a project, your team uses the Inbox to reply to customers and manage threads. Staff can claim a conversation from the toolbar (assigns it to the signed-in user). Assignment is managed through Claim and server-side rules (for example inbox AI when no one is online), not by typing raw user IDs in the UI.BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)
