Sontairo offers Basic, Plus, Pro, Ultra, and an Enterprise tier. Every plan includes every product — AI, Helm CRM, Voice, BizOps, Finance, and Hosting. Tiers differ by seats, limits, and sync cadence, never by which products are unlocked. Enterprise is quoted per customer and begins with [email protected]. Prices below are per seat per month; the exact price is always shown at checkout, and annual billing is available for each plan. Every seat on a plan is billed at that plan’s rate — only Enterprise can mix plans across seats, and every Enterprise seat gets 20% off the plan it carries. The dashboard Usage page shows the effective limits for your workspace.

Plan tiers

Enterprise includes everything in Ultra, plus a model fine-tuned on your business data that Sontairo collects, trains, hosts, and keeps updated — delivered inside your account. Enterprise seats are unique: each seat can carry a different plan (Basic through Ultra), and every seat is billed at 20% off that plan’s list price. The custom-model engagement is quoted per customer and depends on data volume and model size.

Products

No product is sold separately — every plan includes Helm CRM, Voice, Hosting, and the rest of the platform. Needing more capacity means moving up a tier, not buying an add-on. Customers with a legacy add-on subscription keep it at their current price. Sontairo Finance payments carry a 2% platform fee per payment.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

All plans support BYOK: add your own API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Cohere, Azure, and other supported providers. Overage handling follows your plan’s BYOK allowance and markup settings.

Upgrading

  1. Open Billing in the dashboard sidebar
  2. Choose a plan and billing period (monthly or annual), or pick add-ons
  3. Complete the embedded checkout — payment happens right in the dialog, without leaving the app
  4. Your workspace upgrades immediately after a successful payment

Annual billing

Annual billing is available for paid plans at checkout and saves the equivalent of two months compared to twelve monthly payments.
