Two features let them cross that boundary: **sharing** gives an outside person access to a base, and **transfer** moves a base — and everything in it — to a different account. ## Share a base Share a base with any Sontairo user by email: 1. Open the base menu and choose **Share…** 2. Enter the person's email address and click **Share** **How sharing works:** * The recipient needs an **existing Sontairo account** — sharing looks the person up by email, so they must sign up first * Shared bases appear in the recipient's **Shared with you** section * Recipients get **editor access**: they can read and edit records, fields, tables, and views in that base * Recipients do **not** need their own CRM add-on — your subscription covers access to the shared base * Recipients cannot manage sharing themselves — only the owning account can share or revoke **Managing shares:** sharing is managed from the owner's side and requires the **ADMIN** role. Remove a person from the Share dialog to revoke their access immediately. ## Transfer a base to another account If you administer more than one account, you can move a base between them — for example from your personal account to your company's. 1. Open the base menu and choose **Transfer to account** 2. Pick the destination account and confirm **How transfers work:** * You must be an **ADMIN in both accounts** (the current owner and the receiver) * The **receiving account needs an active CRM add-on** (or a plan that includes it) * The whole tree moves in one step: the base, all its tables, fields, views, records, linked-record connections, and revision history * The original account **loses access**, and any existing shares on the base are removed — the new owner decides who to share it with A transfer is immediate and moves everything. Double-check the destination account before confirming.
